My coaching, consulting and facilitation practice / style is based on a unique experience since I graduated from ICHEC business school (1996) as manager (Solvay & Worldline), strategy consultant (Kearney & Arthur D Little) and entrepreneur. It is also shaped by my personal background and journey, as well as some later academic programs at INSEAD (EMCCC), MIT (Leadership), ICF (PCC) and some other certificates.
My clients say that I am challenging with a positive energy, strategic and highly skilled to create the safe space for feedback and debate. They see that I am passionate about my work. I also love my family and friends, nature and its inspirational power.

I feel so grateful to have been able to combine my passion for people with my strong business interest during my whole professional career.
I am a commercial engineer from UCL (1997) and an ICF certified coach but, above all, a citizen of the world with a high sense of oneness, a genuine interest in people and a desire to be a force for good. I believe in humanity and collective power.
My coaching, consulting and facilitation style has been nurtured by my work experiences as executive search consultant, business leader, facilitator, communication & community builder during the past 27 years.
I have worked at Air Products, at AHEAD and ING and have just completed 9,5 wonderful years with Egon Zehnder.
I have worked with senior leaders and executive teams in search of excellence.
My clients, colleagues and own teams describe me as highly human and sensitive, positive, empathic and very energetic. They say that I bring love and humanity in the workplace. Being present for people and teams in their journey towards more authenticity & purpose has always been a source of joy for me as well as helping them unlock their beautiful potential.
